Over the course of 6 months, you’ll evolve from learner to problem-solver—gaining full-stack SAP knowledge, mastering modern development tools, and learning how to think like a consultant.

  • RAP, Fiori, UI5
  • BTP extension, integration, DevOps, automation

Phase 4: Real-World Support Simulation

  • Service tickets

Fixtra Academy offers two tailored training paths—for growing companies and future Fixtra team members.

Option 1: Fixtra Onboarding Track

(Open Enrollment – 2x per Year)
Twice a year, we open classrooms dedicated to training the next generation of Fixtra talent. These cohorts are also open to a limited number of external participants.

  • Best for: individuals or small teams aspiring to join Fixtra
  • Taught by Fixtra lead engineers
  • Real project context from day one
  • Top performers may be offered full-time roles at Fixtra

Price: €2,500 per participant
Minimum group: 5 participants per classroom

Option 2: Company-Sponsored Training

(Dedicated Track for Enterprises)
A fully customized delivery of the Academy program designed to upskill internal teams, onboard new hires, or standardize SAP development practices across departments.

  • Personalized curriculum & mentoring
  • Scalable to 5–50+ participants
