About the Role
As a Senior SAP CRM Functional Consultant, you’ll play a vital role in a high-performing, cross-regional team supporting one of the largest banking clients in APJ. You’ll leverage your deep expertise in SAP CRM 7.0 and related technologies to solve complex business challenges, streamline customer engagement processes, and support digital innovation in financial services. Key Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end delivery of SAP CRM 7.0 functional solutions for banking clients, from requirements gathering to go-live
• Analyze and interpret business requirements, translating them into effective CRM functionalities and system enhancements
• Configure and optimize SAP CRM modules, including Service, Sales, and Marketing as per banking industry standards
• Collaborate closely with technical teams using ABAP, Enhancement Frameworks, and WebClient UI to ensure robust solution outcomes
• Oversee the integration of CRM with backend and third-party systems using Middleware and NetWeaver technologies
• Design and execute user acceptance testing, ensuring deliverables meet high quality and compliance expectations
• Provide expert guidance on SAP Security, Authorization Concepts, and Basis topics relating to CRM processes
• Document functional specifications, process flows, and end-user manuals for client and internal knowledge sharing
• Support performance tuning, debugging, and issue resolution in complex CRM landscapes
• Mentor junior consultants within the team, fostering a collaborative and knowledge-rich environment
• Engage with project stakeholders, including global banking leaders and Fixtra clients, to ensure transparent communication and excellent service
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives for CRM solutions across multiple Fixtra banking customers
Requirements
• Minimum 7 years' experience in SAP CRM functional consulting, with deep understanding of SAP CRM 7.0 processes and architecture
• Proven experience working with APJ banking or financial services clients in hybrid or onsite project settings
• Hands-on knowledge of CRM configuration in Sales, Service, and Marketing modules
• Proficiency in collaborating with ABAP and enhancement frameworks (User Exits, BAdIs) for functional/technical solutions
• Experience with Workflow Development and CRM-specific forms (Smart Forms, SAPscript, Adobe Forms)
• Strong understanding of SAP NetWeaver platform and Middleware concepts
• Familiarity with SAP Basis administration and security features tailored to CRM environments
• Ability to interpret business requirements and transform them into technical functional designs
• Solid knowledge of SAP WebClient UI Framework and Business Server Pages (BSP)
• Fluency in English, with strong documentation and stakeholder communication skills
• Experience with performance tuning and debugging in large-scale SAP environments
• Prior experience with SAP Solution Manager and SAP Web/GUI UI is a plus
