About the Role

As a Senior SAP BTP Full Stack Developer at Fixtra, you will design and deliver advanced solutions on SAP's Business Technology Platform for leading banks and insurers globally. You'll create resilient, secure, and extensible SAP S/4HANA applications using RAP, Fiori/UI5, and CAP—empowering our clients to embrace digital transformation. This is your opportunity to advance core banking with innovative extensions on TRBK, CML, and FS-PE, while shaping integration and automation across the SAP ecosystem. You’ll collaborate closely in a high-performing, remote team, leveraging best practices in DevOps and full CI/CD cycles, and solve complex business challenges with a modern tech stack.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy robust SAP BTP full stack applications leveraging RAP and CAP frameworks.
• Extend and customize core SAP S/4HANA modules (TRBK, CML, FS-PE) for banking and payments solutions.
• Create modern, user-centric UIs with SAP Fiori/UI5 and Business Application Studio.
• Develop and expose APIs using OData services, CDS Views, and BAPI for seamless system integration.
• Engineer secure and scalable integration flows using SAP Integration Suite and event-driven architectures.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines with Git to streamline delivery and quality assurance.
• Optimize cloud application performance, security, and compliance based on financial-sector requirements.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues in distributed enterprise environments.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with solution architects, process consultants, and customer stakeholders.
• Contribute to technical documentation, coding standards, and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
• Actively mentor junior developers and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Stay current with SAP innovation, specifically SAP BTP and AI Core, and bring best practices into delivery.

Requirements

• 5+ years of SAP development experience, including strong expertise in BTP, S/4HANA, and cloud-native architectures.
• Deep hands-on knowledge of SAP ABAP RAP, CDS Views, and CAP service modeling.
• Proven skills building SAP Fiori/UI5 apps and customizing UI experiences using BAS.
• Solid understanding of SAP banking modules, especially TRBK, CML, and integration with FS-PE.
• Proficiency in developing and consuming OData services, BAPI integrations, and RESTful APIs.
• Working experience with SAP Integration Suite or comparable middleware for system orchestration.
• Working knowledge of SAP AI Core or machine learning in enterprise applications is a plus.
• Familiarity with source control tools (Git) and best-practice CI/CD for SAP landscape.
• Strong problem-solving attitude with an ability to thrive in fast-paced, remote-first teams.
• Excellent English communication skills to engage with diverse international stakeholders.
• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent engineering background.
• Readiness to work across EU, LATAM, and APJ time zones as part of a distributed, EMEA-focused team.
