About the Role

As a Lead Technical Solutions Architect, you will be at the heart of Fixtra's Product department, driving innovative, AI-powered, cloud-native solutions for the banking and insurance sector. You'll steer multi-tenant SaaS architecture, combine state-of-the-art LLMs with scalable data platforms, and craft technical strategies that deliver genuine business impact. Trusted as a technical authority, you will guide engineering teams, shape solution patterns, and own critical architectural decisions across our product suite. This role is remote and open to candidates across MEE (PL, CZ, HU, UA, EU).

Key Responsibilities

• Architect, design, and own scalable, secure multi-tenant SaaS solutions leveraging cutting-edge AI and cloud-native stacks
• Drive end-to-end technical strategy for product development cycles, aligning architecture to business priorities
• Lead solution design using microservices, containerization (Docker, Docker Compose), and cloud-native tools
• Design robust authentication/authorization (RBAC, OAuth, secure APIs) and resilient REST interfaces
• Integrate LLMs (OpenAI, Gemini, others) and vector databases (Qdrant, FAISS) to power AI-driven features
• Build, optimize, and maintain data pipelines and storage models (PostgreSQL, embeddings, LangChain/LlamaIndex)
• Implement and enforce monitoring, observability, and CI/CD practices across engineering teams
• Mentor engineers and drive technical excellence through code reviews, knowledge sharing, and architectural oversight
• Collaborate with product managers and domain experts to refine requirements and enable rapid iteration
• Continuously evaluate and incorporate new technologies and frameworks into our core stack
• Champion a culture of security, scalability, and innovation within the technical delivery teams

Requirements

• Proven experience in technical or product architecture for SaaS or enterprise products (ideally multi-tenant)
• Deep hands-on expertise in Linux (Ubuntu), Docker, Docker Compose, and distributed microservices
• Strong proficiency with Python for back-end systems and AI pipeline integration
• Solid understanding of REST architectures, authentication, RBAC, and secure API design
• Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL, NoSQL or vector databases (Qdrant, FAISS), and data modeling for AI/ML
• Exposure to LLM-driven AI development (LangChain/LlamaIndex, embeddings, pipeline integration)
• Track record of implementing and operating CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps practices
• Familiarity with monitoring frameworks (Prometheus, Grafana, etc.) and observability concepts
• Experience with cloud services, multi-region architectures, and robust deployment processes
• Excellent leadership, mentoring, and communication skills in English (written and spoken)
• Proactive, solution-driven mindset and drive to explore, assess, and implement new technologies
