About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and solution-oriented Junior Global Talent Scout to join our high-energy team. In this dynamic role, you will be searching for top-tier candidates for Fixtra’s flagship SAP and technology projects worldwide. You’ll work closely with project leads and hiring managers, using best-in-class talent tools to scout, engage, and attract exceptional individuals who will help shape the future of finance. You’ll receive all the support and training you need, but you should bring an appetite to learn, a sense of independence, and a passion for creative problem solving. Key Responsibilities

• Source and identify high-potential candidates for Fixtra’s global SAP and technology projects across multiple regions.
• Utilize a variety of digital tools and platforms for talent scouting and engagement.
• Screen incoming applications and assess candidates for alignment with project needs.
• Facilitate scheduling and coordination for interviews with hiring teams.
• Maintain candidate data and progress in Fixtra’s recruitment systems.
• Communicate proactively with stakeholders to ensure clarity and progress in the recruitment pipeline.
• Conduct research on talent markets and support ongoing improvement of search strategies.
• Contribute ideas to optimize our sourcing processes and candidate experience.
• Stay updated with technology and industry hiring trends relevant to Fixtra’s consulting business.
• Participate in team meetings and collaborate across internal hiring projects as needed.

Requirements

• Fluency in English (written and spoken); additional languages a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress) or equivalent experience.
• Interest in tech, enterprise IT, or SAP consulting environments.
• Strong drive to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, global team setting.
• Proactive mindset and persistence in finding solutions.
• Excellent research and digital literacy skills; comfortable navigating modern talent tools.
• Self-starter comfortable with remote/hybrid work and minimal supervision.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
