About the Role

We are seeking a mid-level AI Agent Developer to help shape the next generation of AI-powered financial services on SAP. You will join our dynamic Development team, working remotely within Europe, to design and deliver SAP AI agents leveraging SAP AI Core and ISLM. Your focus will be to extend Fixtra’s advanced banking products—like C4B—with prompt-based automation and AI integration, tightly connecting FPSL, FSDM, ESG, and related SAP data models. Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement AI agents and intelligent automations using SAP AI Core and ISLM
• Integrate AI-driven features with complex SAP data models such as FPSL, FSDM, and ESG
• Develop prompt-based automation and recommendations for Fixtra’s banking suite (e.g. C4B)
• Build and extend SAP Fiori Elements apps utilizing OData Services and SAP Business Application Studio
• Leverage SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) and Cloud Application Programming Model (CAP) to deliver scalable, cloud-native solutions
• Maintain clean, version-controlled codebases using Git and industry-standard workflows
• Collaborate with data engineers and functional experts to ensure end-to-end integrity of AI capabilities
• Participate in the design and execution of CI/CD pipelines for seamless delivery
• Support solution architecture and technical design reviews
• Troubleshoot integration issues across SAP and cloud environments
• Document technical approaches, best practices, and reusable components
• Stay informed on emerging SAP AI technologies and contribute to innovation discussions

Requirements

• Proven experience developing on SAP BTP, with hands-on skills in CAP and RAP
• Practical knowledge of SAP AI Core, ISLM, or comparable enterprise AI/ML integration frameworks
• Solid background in OData Services and SAP Fiori Elements app development
• Understanding of SAP data models in financial services, especially FPSL, FSDM, and ESG
• Familiarity with SAP Business Application Studio (BAS) for cloud-based development
• Comfort with Git-based workflows and collaborative code management
• Experience or keen interest in CI/CD practices and automated deployment pipelines
• Ability to interpret and implement prompt-based automation in business processes
• Strong English communication skills (written and spoken), comfortable collaborating in diverse, distributed teams
• Analytical mindset with a passion for innovation in banking and insurance technology
• Eager to learn and experiment with new SAP AI and data technologies
